Federal Reserve (FED)
Keine Zinserhöhung bis mindestens 2013.
Europäische Zentralbank (EZB)
Die EZB hat die Zinsen heuer zweimal erhöht auf aktuell 1,50. Aufgrund des Konjunktureinbruchs wird es heuer zu keinen weiteren Zinserhöhungen kommen. 2012 könnten gar erneute Zinssenkungen anstehen.
Schweizer Nationalbank (SNB)
Keine Zinsanhebungen erwartet.
Bank of Japan (BoJ)
Keine Erhöhungen erwartet. Anhaltende Deflation.
Bank of England (BoE)
Vorerst keine Leitzinsanhebung erwartet.
The People’s Bank of China (PBoC)
Aufgrund der hohen Inflation sind die Leitzinsen zuletzt weiter angehoben worden. Der aktuelle Leitzins beläuft sich auf 6,56, nach 6,31% Ende Juni (Leding Rate 12 Monate). Ein weiterer wichtiger Zins ist die Mindestreserveanforderung für die Banken. Diese liegt bei aktuell bei 21,5%.Vorerst sind keine weitere Zinserhöhung zu erwarten, da die Inflation laut Staatsführung unter Kontrolle gebracht wurde. Sollte sich die Konjunktur weiter abschwächen, könnten 2012 erste Zinssenkungen stattfinden.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Auch Indien kämpft mit höheren Inflationsraten. Die Rerserve Bank of India erhöhte den Leitzins im Mai um 50 Basispunkte (0,5%) auf 7,25%. Seit März 2010 war der Zins bereits achtmal um 25 Basispunkte heraufgesetzt worden. Beobachter erwarten für 2011 noch Zinserhöhungen auf dann 8,0 Prozent. Am 25.10.2011 findet der nächste Zinsentscheid statt.

Kontraindikator Sentiment: US-Anleger immer bearisher
Laut einer aktuellen Umfrage der American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) werden US-Investoren immer bearisher. Wenn viele bearish sind, haben viele ihre Aktienbestände bereits verkauft. Wer soll dann noch verkaufen lautet die Argumentation der Sentiment Contrarians.
